CANCELLATION POLICY

✂️ CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY We understand that life happens! We simply ask that you respect our stylists’ time and the clients who are waiting for appointments. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled with no cancellation fee. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled services. * Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total. * Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted the salon, you may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book future services. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the schedule. If your appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. 💳 DEPOSITS Certain services—including extensions, color corrections, bridal services, and other extended appointments—may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total and may be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation policy. ❤️ WE APPRECIATE YOU Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for our stylists to fill that time with another client.
